The history of the village of Rovatak is (closely) related to Said Muhammad Wali. According to historical sources it is known that Sheikh Havanbi Tohur (Sheikhantahur, died in 1359) was a representative of the Yakkasaray clergy, and was a prominent figure among the sheikhs. Sheikh Havanbi Tohur received the first instructions from his father and sent assistants to preach Islam to the places where the Silk Road passed. Thus, Said Mohammed Wali stayed to live in the village of Rovatak. Said Muhammad Wali was buried in 735. In 2016, the mausoleum of Said Muhammad Vali was reconstructed.
