Kizil mazor

Historical information According to L. Yu.Mankovsky the monument can be attributed to the XVI-XVII centuries, since for later times, the Tashkent region is characterized by the construction of very small mausoleums, with a different standard of tiled bricks, but the most important thing other forms of voleums. The monument is a one domed, almost square structure made of baked bricks. From all sides it is sinrounded by a major active cemetery. Architecturally, Kizil Mazor refers to the mausoleum - hanaka with a portal-dome composition. The composition of a centric cuboid volume, opened on all four sides by doorways in the centers of our single cruciform hall, with the small volume of the projecting portal. Thus, in the typological plan, the mausoleum refers to a mixed type, where its square shape goes back to the idea of centric mausoleums (the type in the form of faceted dome stall, opened by arched opening on all sides) On the other hand, there are features characteristic of the facade mausoleums, with particular emphasis on the development of one portal side without significant changes in the centricity of the building. At the beginning of the 70 s. twentieth century petrol pylons were still maintained to the level of the toe of the vault currently, all doors are laid and are not functionally used, except for the door on the south facade.
